Organizing your data
Sorting a folder
Each folder can be either sorted or unsorted. In a sorted folder,
items are ordered alphabetically. In an unsorted folder, items appear in
the
order they are created and can be manually rearranged (by cutting and pasting). The
sorted/unsorted state of a folder is displayed and can be changed with the Sorted button.
NOTE: If the Sorted button is not visible, use Menu > Sorted menu item instead.
Moving and copying items
The context menu of folders and other items provides Cut, Copy, Paste and Paste before
commands which allow for copying and moving items between folders or within the
same folder. These commands operate in a special clipboard for items
in B-Folders only, and the item's content is not shared with other applications.
The Paste command inserts data after the current item or in an empty folder and the Paste before command inserts it before the current item. If the current folder is sorted, the inserted item will be positioned accordingly.
NOTE: To open the context menu touch & hold the item.
Reordering items in a folder
Items in an unsorted folder can be reordered using a sequence of Cut/Paste or Cut/Paste before commands.
